Couple's Therapy
Many couples struggle with relationship problems and often develop patterns of behaviour and communication which tend to become habitual - but which can also maintain the problem.
The sensitive and objective accompaniment of a professional couple-counsellor can help identify 'stuck patterns' of relating and gently help point the way towards more effective communication.
With support it becomes possible for the couple to address any underlying issues which may have felt too difficult to manage alone, or which have been obscured by the demands of everyday life. In this way the couple can be helped to realise the creative potential and mutual enjoyment of their relationship.
Sometimes support is also needed when a couple are choosing to separate, and when they wish to do so in a respectful manner in order to be better able to continue co-parenting their children.
